Current insurance card 2. A copy of your driver's license 3. A list of medications and allergies No Insurance: No Problem: We have reasonable fees for all of our services. We also accept: 1. Visa 2. Yes We are a network provider with most insurance plans including, but not limited to: Blue Cross Blue Shield CIGNA Carolina Care Plan AETNA United Health Care Premier Health Kanawa Companion SC State MedCost Great West Fortis Medicare PAI ETC. * If your insurance plan is not listed above, just call the office. This list is not comprehensive and it is likely that we do accept your insurance. Deductibles and co payments are collected at the time of service. If you have questions about your insurance coverage we will do our best to help you understand your plan and get you your maximum benefits. We also verify your coverage before treatment is rendered and try to get you an estimate of your out of pocket expenses. We do all this because we care about you! |
